Recently achieved in 2010, our little house is ideal for a couple.
Immersed in an orchard of century old olive trees, on the feet of a Masseria from the XVI ° century, it is located at a brief distance of the splendid salentina's beaches as those of Santa Maria di Leuca or Pescoluse and from century old historical centers as Lecce, " the barocco pearl ", capital of salentine's churches, and from typical folklorical celebrations as the "Festival of the mieru" , better said the wine celebrationl of Carpignano.
Our little house will insure you to get a quality art workshops and holidays in Italy. This fascinating building of charm and higher quality is offering a very spacious and comfortable room with a completely ordered kitchen and a large and lightened bathroom, the whole realized in a creativ style binding modern to traditional, stone, wood and glass with a refined taste. Our hosts can enjoy a very large terrace giving on a 'Japanese style' garden in the middle of centenaries olive-trees. A peaceful place and nevertheless near the sea.

Our art workshops bounded with holidays will give you the opportunity to visit many very beautiful cities in the surrounding as Santa Maria di Leuca, Lecce 'Pearl of the Salento' and capital of the Baroque, Galipolli with it's stronghold, Nardò, Galatina with its extraordinary church painted from the ground to the ceiling, Otranto surrounded with the bulwarks and its church which is endowed with a magnificent mosaic of the XIII ° century, maybe the biggest of Europe.
Sandy beaches with a clean and turquoise blue sea on the Ionian side and the rocky beaches and ranges towards the Adriatic side with panoramas to take you the breath away.
From Brindisi airport, follow the direction Galipolli, then Santa Maria di Leuca, come out in Salve/Pescoluse-Torre Pali, turn then to the right and park next to a small chapel situated in a gyratory. We will come there to search you, and guide you until the Masseria about 1km further.
